Ich wohne in einer grosszügigen 4 Zimmer-Altbauwohnung. Alle Zimmer gehen von einem langen Flur ab. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Die Küche hat einen sonnigen „Morgenbalkon“.
Das Zimmer ist orginell geschnitten und hat ein eingebautes Bett. Es ist funktional ausgestattet.
Das Altbauhaus liegt an einer Hauptstrasse.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral: U-S-Bahn, sowie diverse Buslinien sind in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar.
Jede organisiert und bewältigt ihren Altag eigenständig.
Ein achtsamer, wertschätzender Umgang ( auch mit der Wohnung)ist mir wichtig. Wir gehen offen miteinander um, und suchen gemeinsam nach Lösungen, wenn es notwendig wird.
Alles Weitere/Gemeinsame wird sich entwickel…….
Für Befristungen bin ich zeitlich flexibel ( ab 3 Monate bis???).
Auch Pendler/ Wochenendfaher sind willkommen.
