The room comes with no furniture, but the closet is available outside on the apartment corridor. Although small, it has a lot of potential. It has a big window, and plenty of light comes in. The window also has blinds.
The WG has a full bathroom with a bathtub and a second half bathroom. It has a spacious living room and kitchen. It also has an attic as well as a basement.
The WG is in the inner city, and a few stops from the main station. Between the U3 Hamburger Straße and the U1 Ritterstraße station, both about 10-9 minutes walking. It also has a Bus 16 stop very close. It has a dog's park in front and it is very close to the canal. A REWE and an ALDI are about 8 mins walking distance.
The flatmates remaining are Daniel and Ahmed. Daniel is German from Lübeck and Ahmed is Palestinian/Jordanian. The third roommate is currently being looked for, for that a room of 15m2 for 450€ is also being offered for moving in June 10th (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/11004725.html). Feel free to mention in your message if you're interested in both rooms.
The roommates are both English and German speakers.
A washing machine was somewhat recently bought, so a 40€ is asked for this.
