Hi, das Zimmer ist klein, aber ein guter Freund hat darin 12 Monate gewohnt. Für eine Person die nur ein paar Tage in der Woche in Hamburg ist, sollte es bestens geeignet sein. Das Zimmer wird möbliert, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, vermietet.
Mit der Autobahn in der Nähe und der U2 direkt vor der Tür bist du bestens angebunden. Das Viertel und besonders die Straße ist sehr belebt, dennoch ist es Abends sehr ruhig. Supermärkte und Drogeriemärkte aller Art befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich bin großer Fan der Lage und wohne super gerne hier.
Derzeit mache ich meinen MBA und bin dafür ein Wochenende in Leipzig. Ich arbeite in Teilzeit und bin Nebenher noch Selbstständig. Daher handelt es sich eher um eine Zweck-WG. Nett bin ich trotzdem : )
