Hi!
I want to sublet my room from June 23rd to August 6th while I am on holidays. The moving-in/out dates are flexible. The warm rent is 416 which also includes wifi and energy prices. City registration during this period is not possible.
The flat is on Kieler str. It's around 15-20 mins by bike to schanze/schlump/uni main campus. The sbahn langenfelde is 5 mins by walk and so is the Hogenstr. bus stop. Rewe is just across the street.
The flat is on the third floor and there is no lift. My room is pretty big and faces the street. We have a balcony in the kitchen. You'll be staying with my roommate Hannah who is a medicine student, currently interning in Hamburg. It's a pretty relaxed flatshare. We share our food and supplies.
