The room can be rented out both unfurnished or furnished (table, chair, bed, matress, shelfs sale can be discussed privately).
The window in the room allows for some natural light to come in, but the leds on the ceiling guarantee high illumination during all the hours of the day.
The apartment was renovated over Summer 2023, and has wooden floor and led lights in most part of the house.
There are two bathrooms, renovated as well. In terms of facilities, there is:

The flat is located in the center of Eimsbuttel, which is a very lively district. You have a lot of supermarket where you can pick your groceries, as well as many shops (e.g. dry cleaning, restaurant, bakery, and bars).
It is a great area not only if you want to walk in green areas around the neighbour, but is also well connected with U2 line.
The roommates are clean people, most of them work for the majority of the day so you will be able to use all the facilities at your own pace. They are always ready to make a chat and eventually to have a walk outside. If you come to visit in person, you may meet some of them!
