Hallo,
in meiner hübschen 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung im Herzen vom schönen Eimsbüttel (4 min. Fußweg U-Bahn Osterstraße) wird vom 15. Mai bis 30. Juni ein Zimmer frei. Sehr wahrscheinlich kannst du aber schon ab 12. Mai einziehen. Es ist 15 qm groß, ruhig (nach hinten raus), sehr hell, weiß gestrichen und hat hohe Decken mit Stuck. Es wird möbliert angeboten.
Die Wohnung ist 54 qm groß, hat teilweise Stuck, Dielenboden, große Wohnküche mit Jugendstilfliesen, Herd mit Ceranfeld, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Balkon zum hübschen, ruhigen Hinterhof, Abstellkammer und neuwertiges Duschbad. Wir haben eine sehr nette Hausgemeinschaft (Alter 20 bis Mitte 40).
Du hast hier alles um die Ecke: Edeka, Penny, Budni, Aldi, Rossmann, Kiosks Karstadt, Cafés, Restaurants, Schuster, Park, Bäckereien, Sportcenter wie ETV, Kaifu ... Zur Uni fährst du 10 min. mit dem Fahrrad, auch die Schanze ist nur 10 min. entfernt.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist eine sympathische 25-jährige Französin, die sehr gut Englisch spricht und bei Airbus ein Praktikum macht. Ich freue mich, wenn du dich meldest.
