super Altbauwohnung direkt neben der Uni, mit insgesammt drei Zimmern, einer großen Küche, Bad und WC in seperaten Räumen. Die Räume sind Möbiliert. Ein Bett, Komode und Kleiderschrank.

it is a renovated old apartment right next to the university with three rooms, one big kitchen, a bath and toilet separate. The rooms are furnished with a bed, commode and a wardrobe.
Du kannst die Straße Googlen, es ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Direkt neben der Uni, 10 min Fußweg zum Dammtor Bahnhof. Die Sternschanze in der Nähe. Außerdem ist der Bus Nr. 5 nur 5 min von deiner Wohnung entfernt. Damit kannst du direkt zum Jungfernstieg und Mönkebeckstraße fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Netto, Edeka, Budnikowski und 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt Restaurants aus jeglichen Küchen, Italienisch, Indisch, Amerikanisch, Türkisch und viele mehr.
Die Stabi der Uni ist nicht länger als ein 10 min. Fußweg entfernt. Dementsprechend auch die Mensa.

You can google the street, it is in a really great place. Straight right next to the university, 10 min. walk to the metro station Dammtor. The station Sternschanze is just one station after yours. Furthermore, the Bus No.5 is just 5 min walk from your place. You can drive with it straight to Jungfernstieg or to the Mönkebeckstraße. The groceries are Netto, Edeka, Budnikowski and 5 min walk. There are a lot of different restaurants in the area, Italien, Indian, American, Turkish and more.
The Bibliothek from the Uni is just 10 min walk far away. Therefore also the canteen.
Deine Mitbewohner sind berufstätig. Sehr entspannte Personen.

Rücksichtnahme und offenes Miteinander, aber auch Luft lassen, eher zunächst Zweck-WG mit Interesse am Austausch bei Bedarf, Wohnung ist ideal aufgeteilt. Kein gezwungenes Zusammen-Kochen oder sonstiges. All easy.
