Hallo Mädels,
ich suche für meine tolle Mitbewohnerin eine super nette und unkomplizierte neue Mitbewohnerin. Leider muss ich ausziehen, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe. Es handelt sich um ein 14 m² Zimmer im wunderschönen Eppendorf. Das Zimmer ist tagsüber hell, abends noch gemütlicher und romantisch. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG eines typisch Hamburger Klinkerbaus. Der Dielenboden und die große Fensterfront vermitteln freundliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Es handelt sich um ein 14 m² Zimmer im wunderschönen Eppendorf. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Budni, Aldi, Rossmann, TK Maxx, Lidl, Fielmann, etc.) Bushaltestellen quasi vor der Haustür und der U-BHF Kellinghusenstraße und Stadtradstation fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Anbindung ist topp und Du sparst jede Menge Zeit. :) Super gelegen direkt am UKE und am Arm der Außenalster. Viele Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe.
Noch kurz was zu meiner Mitbewohnerin. Sie ist 27 Jahre alt, Textilmanagement Studentin an der HAW, lebt in Hamburg seit 2 JAhren und ist gerade Masterantin bei Otto. Sie ist super nett und gechillt und wünscht sich eine rauchfreie entspannte WG.
Ich freue mich auf eure Mails und morgen starten direkt die Besichtigungstermine.
Bevor ich es vergesse, für die Küchen- und Badausstattung muss noch ein Abschlag in Höhe von 150 € bezahlt werden.
