Your room is 14 square meters, there is also a spacious kitchen with a table and four chairs, a living room with a French balcony facing south and a nice bathroom with a bathtub to relax in.
The rent includes all costs for electricity, gas, water, DSL Internet and GEZ. The unchanged rent amount can be guaranteed for 6-12 months - unless you come up with the idea of doing crypto mining or something similar there. :))

Bus 17,172, 173 basically at the doorstep, Underground station (U3 Line) Saarlandstraße appr. 10 min. walking, by bus it takes 5 min. to Barmbek station, 15-20 min. to Mundsburg station (U3) as well as the central station (Hauptbahnhof).
By bike you will be at Uni or the city centre in no time whilst enjoying the scenic Alster lake and on your way back you may just be tempted to chill at the lake shore with a nice drink or have a picnic dinner.
DETAILS
You rent a 14 sqm room with a 140cm bed, wardrobe, large mirror, shelf and drawer container.
You can use the living room as a study and hangout. There is a worktop and printer there for free use. (You can of course put the plate in your room.)
When I am at home I will be working on the laptop on the couch in the living room and sleep there too though. When I am away you will have the room to yourself. The kitchen and my extensive spice collection are also at your disposal.
There is bedding and some towels for your free use.
What may be important to some: There is no TV and no basement!
Smoking and keeping pets is also not permitted.
