the room has 18sqm, is half furnitured and has a lovely and sunny southside view!
The flat in total has 120sqm and a shared living room.
For the months of March and April there will be only a bed, a desk, a shelf and a closet. Additionally all of us will borrow a plant for the time, so it's a bit more cosy :)
the flat is located quite close to HBF, what is super practical for coming around the city. Weöre living close to St. Georg, where we love to go for cafes, restaurants and bars. And Hammerbrook, as a super urban, interesting quarter, is also right around the corner. If you like having walks by the river, hafencity is always worth a visit.
There are several busses leaving right in front of the door, it's a 5 minute walk to U1 and a 10 minute walk to Hamburg Mainstation.
We are 4 friends (1♀, 3♂) enjoying not living alone. We share our food, evenings, livingroom, kitchen and our best jokes with each other, while still having individual time, rest and privacy if required.
Two of us are working and the other two are studying, so sometimes the flat is funnily crowded, sometimes peacefully emty.
