Für unser Wohnatelier suchen wir noch Menschen die ein freundschaftliches, soziales, und diskriminierungsfreies Miteinander schätzen und Lust haben zusammen einen gemeinsamen Ort zum Leben sowie Arbeiten aufzubauen.
In dem Gebäude gibt es viel Licht und echt viel Platz:
10 Einzelzimmer,
Ruhigere Räume mit 21qm nach Norden,
Räume zur Straße mit ca 26 qm nach Süden.
eine große Küche (ca 50qm),
einen gemeinschaftlichen Atelierraum,
ein kleines Kino.
Gefunden haben wir dies im Herzen von Hammerbrook, nahe der S-Bahn und nahe der Bille-Elbe
Leider ist die Wohnung trotz Fahrstuhl nicht komplett barrierefrei.
Einiges ist schon gebaut, einiges muss noch gebaut und organisiert werden, für neue Ideen ist immer Platz. Für unsere Bauaktionen haben wir ein kleines Anfangsbudget eingebracht, das würde auch auf dich zukommen.

Dear all,
we are still looking for people who want to build up and share our residential atelier with us.
Currently, we are 10 people working on building a working and living space that feels like a safe space for all of us. We are interested in forming a friendly, sociable and non-discriminatory community, that is WG-life and working area at the same time.
Some work has already been done, some is still to do, some ideas still need to be born. But the space we are in offers a whole lot of options:
10 individual rooms,
much light and space,
a huge shared kitchen,
a shared studio for all kinds of (dirt) work [oil paint, wood work... you name it]
a small cinema.
It's located in Hammerbrook, close to the water, not to far from the S- and U-Bahn.
The building has an elevator but is not fully barrier-free.
The rent is about 400 euros per month.
And while we are already building, there is still much to do and some materials need to be bought. Hence, there is a small payment up-front next to the caution for all the construction work. Also: we are doing the construction ourselves, so if you're down to work a little here and there: that would also be great :))
