Hallo liebe Menschen,
Ich suche ab dem 15.05.2022 oder 01.06.2022 bis Ende Oktober eine Zwischenmieterin für unsere 6er-WG (aktuell 2w/3m) im Künstler:innenhaus Wendenstraße. 27 Jahre alt oder älter wäre am besten, da das Durchschnittalter so um die 35 Jahre ist
Das Haus ist ein alteingesessenes Atelierhaus in Hamburg, das es bereits seit den 80er Jahren in Hammerbrook gibt. Hier leben und arbeiten um die 70 Personen aus verschiedenen kreativen Sparten. Mit dem Studio45 und dem C45 gibt es zwei Veranstaltungsorte im Haus, in denen Ausstellungen, Vorlesungen, Performances, Konzerte usw. stattfinden.
In unserem großen Wohnatelier wird mein 20m² großer Raum für ein paar Monaten frei. Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und durch zwei große Fenster schön hell. Das Zimmer liegt an der Seite des Kanals und bekommt Abendsonne.
Die Gemeinschaftsflächen: Küche (mit Spulmaschine!), Dusche, Badewanne und WC befinden sich jeweils in separaten Räumen. Zudem kommt ein geräumiger Flur, ein großes & gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem Beamer und einer Leinwand, und ein kleiner Balkon (Richtung Süden 😊).
Alles zusammen kostet das Zimmer 450€ warm.
Ich würde meine Möbel hier lassen (Doppelbett, Kleiderständer, Schreibtisch, 1-Personen-Sofa, Bücherregal, kleiner Teppich...), aber wir können immer sehen, ob du möchtest, dass ich etwas wegräume. Wenn du willst, kann ich auch meine Pflanzen unter deiner Aufsicht stehen lassen :)

I am looking for a subtenant for our shared flat for 6 people (currently 2w/3m) in the Künstler:innenhaus Wendenstraße from 15.05.2022 or 01.06.2022 until the end of October. 27 years or older would be best, since the average age of the WG is around 35 years
The house is a long-established studio building in Hamburg, which has existed in Hammerbrook since the 80s. Around 70 people from various creative fields live and work here. With Studio45 and C45, there are two venues in the house where exhibitions, lectures, performances, concerts etc. take place.
In our large residential studio, my 20m² room will be free for a few months. The room is rectangular in shape and bright thanks to its two large windows. The room is on the side of the canal and gets evening sun.
The common areas: Kitchen (with dishwasher!), shower, bathtub and WC are each in separate rooms. In addition, there is a spacious hallway, a large & cosy living room with a beamer and screen, and a small balcony (facing south 😊).
All together, the room costs 450€ warm.
I would leave my furniture here (double bed, clothes rack, desk, 1-person sofa, bookshelf, small rug...), but we can always see if you want me to put something away. If you want, I can also leave my plants under your supervision :)
Hammerbrook liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs (2km). Wir wohnen in der Nähe der S-Bahn-Station Hammerbrook (City-Süd), von wo man mit der S3/31 nach Hbf/Altona/Sternschanze, Wilhemsburg und mehr fahren kann. Auch Berliner Tor ist nicht weit entfernt.
Edeka, Real, Lidl sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es gibt einige Parks und viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge am Wasser.

Hammerbrook lies close to the Hauptbahnhof (2km). We live close to S-Bahn-Station Hammerbrook (City-Süd), where the S3/31 can take you to Hbf/Altona/Sternschanze, Wilhemsburg and more. Berliner Tor is also not far away.
Edeka, Real, Lidl are within walking distance.
There are some parks and a lot of possibilities for walks along the water.
Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind alle sehr lieb, aufgeschlossen und respektvoll. Kreative auf ihre eigene Art: musikalisch, visuell, mit Textill ... Was ich z.B. auch in unserer WG sehr schätze, ist die Liebe zum Kochen und in der Küche gibt es oft beeindruckende Hauptgerichte oder Kuchen. Unser Putzplan funktioniert auch sehr gut, und obwohl wir eine große WG haben, wird sie gut gepflegt. Wir pflegen einen ehrlichen, offen, respektvollen, rücksichtsvollen Umgang, genießen es uns zu neuen Dingen, Ansichten zu inspirieren. Eine offene Kommunikation ist wichtig.
Alle sind zwischen 27 und 43 Jahren alt und für eine größere Gruppe ist das Zusammenleben eher ruhig. In der Regel hat jede:r schon ihren/seinen eigenen Tagesablauf, sodass wir uns meistens einfach tagsüber oder am Abend begegnen.
Wir genießen das gemeinsame Wohnen/Leben, spontane Kaffee/Tee-Runden, Koch-Exzesse, mal ein Feierabend-Getränk im Wohnzimmer, Kniffelabende, Tischtennisrunden usw.
Noch wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass es eine Raucher-WG ist.
Ich möchte sie bei einem kreativen Kopf lassen, der respektvoll ist und die grundlegende WG-Etikette kennt :)

My flatmates are all very nice, open-minded and respectful people. Creative in their own way: musical, visual, with textiles... What I really appreciate in our flat-share, for example, is the love of cooking and I often see impressive main courses or cakes in the kitchen. Our cleaning schedule also works very well, and although we have a large WG, it is well maintained.
We maintain an honest, open, respectful, considerate relationship; enjoy inspiring each other to new things and views. Open communication is important.
Everyone is between 27 and 43 years old and for a larger group, living together is rather quiet. Usually you:r already have your own daily routine, so we mostly just meet during the day or in the evening.
We enjoy living together, spontaneous coffee/tea rounds, cooking excesses, the occasional after-work drink in the living room, Yahtzee evenings, table tennis rounds, and so on.
It is important to mention that there is being smoked inside of the house
I would like to leave my flatmates with a creative head who is respectful and knows the common WG etiquette :)
