Dein Zimmer ist hell und sehr ruhig, so wie die gesamte Wohnung. Mit den hohe Decken ist sie sehr modern und gemütlich. Zur Einrichtung gehören ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl und separatem Beistelltisch sowie ein großer Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und besteht aus einem großen Flur, den drei WG-Zimmern, der Küche sowie einem Duschbad mit WC und einem weiteren Toilettenraum. Alle Räume sind vom Flur aus zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt modern ausgestattet. Die Küche besitzt neben den Standards wie Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen sogar eine Spülmaschine und eine wohnungseigene Waschmaschine, alles zur Mitbenutzung!
Im Haus, welches nahe der TUHH gelegen ist, gibt es mehrere WGs. Da alle Zimmer ziemlich gleich aussehen, sind die ggf. Bilder nur beispielhaft.

High ceilings within the entire WG and a very bright and comfortable room. The room is fully furnished and equipped with a bed, a desk with a rotating chair and a separate side table as well as a wardrobe.
All three WG-rooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and a separate restroom for guests are accessible through the big corridor. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
There are several WGs within the refurbished building, which is located very close to the TUHH.
Since all rooms are quite similar, the pictures are only exemplary.
Das Haus, ist mit Abstand das schönste Haus in der ganzen Grumbrechtstrasse und Nobleestrasse.
Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend, denn zur S-Bahn Heimfeld legt man nur einen 2-3 minutigen Fußweg zurück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man ebenfalls an der S-Bahn Heimfeld wie z.B. einen Penny Markt, Restaurants, Kneipen sowie Bars.
Wer gerne shoppen geht oder sich einen Kaffee einfach nur gönnen möchte, der ist mit der Bahn sofort am Harburg-Rathaus oder im Phönix-Einkaufszentrum.
Von der Wohnung ist man in 2 Minuten mit dem Rad auf dem Campus der TU-Harburg.
Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Auto ist über die Stader Straße (B73) ebenfalls perfekt.

The house is by far the most beautiful house in the whole Grumbrechtstrasse and Nobleestrasse.
The connection to public transport is excellent, as the S-Bahn station Heimfeld is a 2-3 minutes walk away. Shops are close by around the S-Bahn Heimfeld such as a penny market, restaurants, pubs and bars.
He who wants to go shopping or just would likes to drink a coffee uses the train which brings you immediately to the Phoenix mall or Harburg-City center.
From the house , it's just a 4 minutes walk to the campus of the TUHH --> University of Harburg!
Gewünscht wird ein nette(r) und entspannte(r) Mitbewohner(in).
Es wohnen Studenten, Praktikanten und Berufstätige in den WGs, teilweise auch international.

Wir würden uns freuen wenn du mind. 6 Monate bei uns bleibst, weil sich zeigt, dass bei sehr kurzen Aufenthalten keine richtige Gemeinschaft möglich ist. Besichtigungen bieten wir natürlich an, es ist aber kein muss, wenn ihr jetzt nicht aus der Umgebung kommt, dann bekommen wir das auch telefonisch oder per Email hin.
