Die Wohnung ist ca. 85qm groß mit Balkon zur großen Straße, einem 25 qm Wohnzimmer (mit TV, PS4, Esstisch, Schalplattenspieler, Couch), Küche (mit Tisch, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen/Herd), Dachboden/Trockenraum, Fahrradkeller und zwei kleineren Schlafzimmern zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Ich bin auf Reisen und suche einen tempäreren Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer. Es ist 13 qm groß, ausgestattet mit Bett (1,40 x 2,00), Schrank, Kommode. Das Zimmer is möbliert.
Ich habe die Wohnung letztes Jahr neu gestrichen und neu möbliert/renoviert.

The apartment is about 85sqm with balcony facing the big street, a 25sqm living room (with TV, PS4, dining table, record player, couch), kitchen (with table, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven/stove), attic/dry room, bike cellar and two smaller bedrooms facing the quiet backyard. I am traveling and looking for a temporary tenant for my room. It is 13 sqm, equipped with bed (1,40 x 2,00), wardrobe, chest of drawers. The room is furnished.
I have repainted and refurnished the apartment last year.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Hohenluftchaussee, wenn die Fenster zu sind hört man jedoch kaum die Straße, vor allem die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig gelegen.
Auf der Hohenluftchaussee findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man braucht und im nahen Eppendorfer Weg gibt es viele Cafes und Restaurants.
In der Nähe befinden sich auch einige Fitnessstudios, Spinning Möglichkeiten und Yoga Studios. Kleinere Parks erreicht man auch schnell und zur Alster ist es auch nicht sehr weit.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel Bus und Ubahn (U3) sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht und bis in die Innenstadt braucht man maximal 20 Minuten.
Das UKE ist in 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar

The flat is located at a bigger street, once the windows are closed their is only light noise coming from the street, the bed rooms are not affected by the noise.
In walking distance you will find grocery stores, pharmacy, basically anything you need. There are also lots of coffee spots and restaurants close by.
Gyms, spinning opportunities and yoga studios are close by, as well as small parks, but you can also reach the Alster by food.
The connection to the public transport is great, bus and subway (U3) and you can reach the city center in less than 20 minutes.
The UKE can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.
Ich selber bin auf Reisen aber in der WG wohnt seit März Caio. Caio ist Anfang 30 und kommt ursprünglich aus Brasilien. Er ist ein entspannter Typ und arbeitet in Hamburg als Dataanalyst, er spricht gutes englisch und portugisisch ;)
Partys finden in der Wohnung nicht statt, Freunde sind aber gerne willkommen. Wichtig ist ein guter Umgang miteinander und das es einigermaßen sauber/ordentlich in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist.

I will be traveling but Caio has been living in the flat-share since March. Caio is in his early 30s and originally from Brazil. He is a relaxed guy and works in Hamburg as a data analyst, he speaks good english and portuguese ;)
There are no parties in the apartment, but friends are welcome. Important is a good interaction with each other and that it is reasonably clean / tidy in the common areas.
Ein- und Auszugsdatum können wir gerne genau besprechen.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume sollten von sauber und ordentlich gehalten werden.
