Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt mit einer großen Küche, separatem WC und Bad, einem Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Südbalkon, auf dem man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Dein Mitbewohner arbeitet als Forscher und schreibt seine Doktorarbeit, was einige Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, aber er findet Zeit, um gemeinsam ein Glas Wein zu trinken, zu kochen oder eine Serie zu schauen. Das Wohnzimmer ist recht eng mit Deinem Schlafzimmer verbunden, was etwas Rücksicht aufeinander bedeutet.
The apartment is nicely laid out with a large kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, living room, two bedrooms and a south-facing balcony where you get the sun all day. Your housemate works as a researcher and is writing his PhD which occupies quite some time, but he can find time for drinking a glass of wine, cooking or watching a series together. The living room is quite closely connected to your bedroom which means some consideration for each other.
