My name is Mariana and I am leaving my very nice and cozy apartment on the 17th of November. My roomate is looking for a nice and friendly girl to take my place. In this apartment we appreciate friendship and communication above all things!! Putting it out there first and foremost.
My room is almost 19 square meters with a balcony. The apartment as a whole is in perfect conditions as it was remodeled a few years ago.
My roomate is the sweetest girl ever, she is german and new to the city, she would be your point of contact and she will choose who to live with. If you are interested in the apartment we would be happy to meet you online first and show you around the place.
Important: I am moving on the 17th of Nov (because of work matters) but my contract ends on the 1st of November. I am looking for someone that is okay to pay half rent first to me + the deposit to the landlord. And then proceed to pay normal rent directly to the landlord starting December 1st. The rent is: 650 all including with exception of tv taxes.
