For my beautiful 3room apartment with a beautiful yard I’m looking for a friendly person to come and take a room.
In this price everything is included. I’m living here as well. Wireless, furniture and everything what you need is ready. I’m looking for someone to come and live here for at most 2 months.
( A registration is not possible because of the short time. )
The rule is of course to pay (cash )at the day of coming here and not at the end of the stay.
Because of hygienic reasons please bring an own towel and own bedsheet.
It is very important that you are clean and tidy your things and are communicative. IMPORTANT NOTE: I don‘t take people that get money from the jobcenter!.

In meiner angenehmen 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Garten und Dusche, suche ich ab sofort eine ordentliche,freundliche , gesellige Mitbewohnerin auf Zeit ( 2 Monaten bis maximal 3Monaten) für das freie Zimmer.In dem Preis sind alle Kosten enthalten. Mit mir zusammen wären wir zu zweit in der Wohnung.
Gleich an ersten Tag bekomme ich das Geld von dir in Bar gegen Schlüsselabgabe.
WLAN und Möbel inkl. (sehr sehr zentral in HH).
Gesucht wird für einen Maximalzeitraum von 2 bis 3 Monaten,
(Und weil ich dich für kurze Zeit suche , daher bekommst du keine Bescheinigung für Amt wegen Anmeldung.)
Wichtig ist, dass das Geld (Bargeld) sofort am Einzugstag gezahlt wird und Bettbezüge aus hygienischen Gründen von dir selbst mitgenommen werden sollen.
. Kissen und Decke stehen jedoch bereit.Du solltest gepflegt aber auch sauber in der Wohnung sein ( mir ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig), bist du kommunikativ und unterhältst dich gern und bekommst *kein Geld vom Jobcenter"
Dann kannst du gerne dich bewerben.
Kleine Einkaufszentrum, Rewe , Penny, Lidl in der Nähe.Budni,
Verschiedene Busse, in der Nähe der U-Bahn ( nur 3 Minuten weit zu allem)
