Das Zimmer ist ca 22 qm groß und schln hell.Es wird möbliert untervermietet. Dir steht ein Fernseher und Wlan zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch würde ich meinen Drucker drin lassen. Ich werde nur meine Persönlichen sachen rausnehmen. Desweiteren könnte auch ein Hund mit dir hier einziehen. Da ich selber ein hund habe.
Du wohnst genau auf der Grenze Eimsbüttel/Lokstedt die Osterstraße ist 8min fußläufig entfernt wo es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die U-Bahn 2 ist auch nir 8min fußläufig entfert. Vor der Tür hält der Bus 181. Das UKE ist 15 min fußläufig entfert solltest Du da arbeiten. Genau wie Beiersdorf ist direkt vor der Tür.
Du wohnst mit einem Tättoowiererpaar zusammen die allerdings nur unter der woche hier wohnen. Die wohnen sonst außerhalb Hamburgs. Da die Wohnung nicht die größte ist läuft man sich nicht sehr viel übern weg. Ist im großen und ganzen ein ruhges wohnen hier. Wir sind eine reine Zweck-Wohngemeinschaft.
