Die Wohnung im 2. OG liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, da sich das Haus in einer Sackgasse befindet.
My flat is on the 3rd floor and its quiet and is located at a dead-end street.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Penny, Edeka, Budni usw. sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen.
Verkehrsanbindung:
Die nächste Bußstation (Franzosenkoppel) ist genau vor der Haustür und mit dem Buß ist man in 10 min bei der S-Bahstation Elbgaustr.
Die Autobahn A23 und A7 erreicht man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 min.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und ist somit besonders ruhig. Parkplätze sind in der Straße oder eine Straße weiter vorhanden und man muss meist nie lange suchen.
Grocery and drug stores are nerby.
The S-Bahnstation is Elbgausstr. and you can go there by foot or you can take the bus from across the street (Franzosenkoppel) to get there within 10 minutes.
Ich lebe seit 10 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und hatte über die Jahre schon einige MitbewohnerInnen, mit denen ich gut zusammen gelebt habe. Meine Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern und zusammen mit mir leben meine beiden Katzen.
Die halbe Woche arbeite ich in der Firma und die restliche Woche im HomeOffice.
Bitte beachte, dass das Wohnzimmer mit dem Balkon nicht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht.
