Lage - Location
Das Haus liegt nahe am Stadtzentrum in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße.
In 10 Minuten ist die Haltestelle Wandsbeker Chaussee zu Fuß erreichbar, dort fährt sowohl die S-Bahn (S1) als auch die U-Bahn (U1). Die Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt beträgt nur 10 Minuten. An der Haltestelle gibt es ein Edeka-Center (bis 22 Uhr geöffnet), einen Aldi, einen REWE-Markt und einen Lidl-Markt ganz dicht bei. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt der Wandsbeker Markt, wo du die U-Bahn (U1), den Busbahnhof, ein großes Einkaufszentrum, das CinemaXX und zahlreiche Restaurants findest. Innerhalb von 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt findest du immer einen Parkplatz und die Autobahn nach Berlin und zur Ostsee ist nur 1 km entfernt.

The house is close to the city center and located in a quiet residential area. In 10 minutes, one can reach the stop ‘Wandsbeker Chaussee’ by walk, to catch both the S-Bahn (S1) and the subway (U1). The journey to the city center is only 10 minutes. At the stop, there is a Edeka Center (open up to 22 hours). Aldi, REWE and Lidl are also very close. Moreover, just 15 minutes walk is needed to reach ‘Wandsbeker market’ where you'll find the underground (U1), the bus station, a large shopping center, the CinemaXX and numerous restaurants. Within 50 meters range from the house you will always find a parking space and the motorway to Berlin and the Baltic Sea is just 1 km away.

WG-Leben - WG-Life
Unsere WG umfasst zwei Stockwerke. Jedes Stockwerk hat einen eigenen Eingang und ein eigenes Bad. Im Souterrain gibt es drei möblierte Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Wir als Ehepaar, denen das Haus gehört, leben im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche benutzen alle gemeinsam. Unser WG-Leben ist wie eine gute Nachbarschaft: Man findet sich irgendwie sympathisch, ist hilfsbereit und hat Interesse am Wohlergehen der anderen. Ob man gelegentlich gemeinsam kocht und gemeinsam etwas unternimmt, liegt an jedem selbst. In unserer WG leben meistens Studenten und Berufstätige der Bereiche Technik, Verwaltung, IT oder Management.

Our WG has two floors. Each floor has its own entrance and a private bathroom. In the basement there are three furnished rooms, kitchen and bathroom. We, as a couple who own the house, are living on the ground floor. The kitchen is used by all of us together. Our shared life is like a good neighborhood: We find each other somehow sympathetic, helpful and interested in the welfare of others. Occasionally we cook together and share anything, it is up to each self. In our WG mostly live students and professionals of the areas of technology, management or IT management.

Sonstiges - Others
Wenn du uns kennen lernen und den Raum sehen möchtest, bringe bitte Belege über dein Einkommen mit. Zum Beispiel Gehaltsmitteilungen der letzten drei Monaten, deinen Arbeits- oder Praktikumsvertrag, aus dem dein Einkommen hervorgeht, ein Dokument über dein Stipendium oder andere Belege über deine Einkommensquellen. Außerdem erwarten wir den Nachweis einer privaten Haftpflichtversicherung.
Die Kaution beträgt 400 Euro. Wenn Du das Zimmer mietest, möchten wir bei Abschluss des Mietvertrages die Kaution in bar bekommen und bei Deinem Einzug die erste Monatsmiete.

While visiting us with objective to see the room, you are requested to bring the documents which provide the information about your income. For example: salary slips of last three months, employment or training contract showing your income amount, scholarship documents or any other relevant proof stating your source of income etc. Furthermore we expect the proof of a private liability insurance.
The deposit/caution amount is 400 Euro.
If you rent the room and we sign the contract, we would like to get the deposit in cash and when you move in the first month's rent.
