In dem Zimmer ist:
- ein 120cm x 200cm Bett mit Auflage, welche vorher gewaschen wird. Bettbezug und Handtücher können auch zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

-Kleider- und Bücherschrank
-Stuhl in der Ecke

Das Zimmer kann durch Gardienen und einem Rollo gut abgedunkelt werden. Das Zimmer ist für die Lage ruhig gelegen. Man sieht vom Zimmer aus auf einem Hang mit Bäumen und einem Spielplatz. Von der Seite sieht man die Kirche St. Michaelis.

Die Wohnung ist in einer Nebenstraße vom Portugiesen-Viertel und in 2 Minuten fußläufig entfern zur S- Bahn und U3. 5 Minuten fußläufig fahren die Busse und Fähren ab. Parken ist sehr schwierig, aber ein Bewohnerparkausweis für die Zeit ist möglich.

Ich bin Studentin und bin momentan wenig Zuhause und viel in der Bibliothek. Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht Mitte Januar mit ihrem Freund Zusammen, daher wird das Zimmer frei. Mein Cousin soll das Zimmer in ca. 4 Monaten beziehen., daher der kurze Zeitraum.

Meine Großmutter wohnt in der Wohnung gegenüber und ist für Fragen immer ansprechbar.

Mir ist es wichtig, dass die WG-Person sorgsam mit den Möbeln in der Wohnung umgeht und vertrauenswürdig ist. Partys und Katzen sind in der Wohnung sind nicht erwünscht.
