Das lichtdurchflutete Zimmer befindet sich im 2.Stock eines kleinen Reihenhauses in sehr ruhiger Wohngegend. Das Zimmer ist komplett hell möbliert (breites Bett, Einbauschränke, Regale, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Tisch, ...)
Mitbenutzung von Küche mit allem drum und dran (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, ...), Bad mit Wanne und Dusche (eigenes Waschbecken, separater Schrank), Gäste - WC, Waschmaschine im Keller, kleiner Garten, Fahrradschuppen.

The room is for a Flinta* (women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender) person, from 01.06, but before that would also be possible by arrangement.
The light-flooded room is located on the 2nd floor of a small terraced house in a very quiet residential area. The room is completely brightly furnished (wide bed, built-in wardrobes, shelves, desk, armchair, table, ...)
Shared use of kitchen with everything (dishwasher, microwave, crockery, ...), bathroom with bathtub and shower (own washbasin, separate cupboard), guest WC, washing machine in the cellar, small garden, bicycle shed.
Verkehrsanbindung: zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 8 Minuten zur U2 Niendorf Nord und Bussen - mit dem Fahrrad (Fahrradschuppen vorhanden) geht es natürlich schneller. Die Bahn fährt 25 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es an der U Bahn Station oder am Tibarg im Einkaufszentrum U2 Niendorf Markt. Niendorf ist ein eher ruhiger Stadtteil Hamburgs, in dem im Grünen gelebt wird - ideal zum Joggen und Radfahren.
Transport connections: it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the U2 Niendorf Nord underground line and buses - it is of course quicker by bike (bike shed available). The train takes 25 minutes to the main station. Shopping facilities are available at the underground station or at Tibarg in the U2 Niendorf Markt shopping centre. Niendorf is a rather quiet neighbourhood in Hamburg, surrounded by greenery - ideal for jogging and cycling.
Du würdest zusammenleben mit Jutta. Sie ist 67 Jahre alt, Rentnerin und ihr Reihenhaus ist ihr zu groß geworden, um dort alleine zu leben. Sie ist super lieb und aufgeschlossen neuem gegenüber und immer gut gelaunt. Sie ist Teilzeit berufstätig an Schulen am lehren und viel privat unterwegs. Die Wochenenden vergrungt sie gerne in ihrem Garten. Zu ihren bisherigen Mitbewohnern hatte sie immer ein gutes freundschaftliches Verhältnis. :)
Zu mir: Ich bin Anneke (22), habe glücklicherweise einen Wohnheimplatz bekommen und muss jetzt kurzfristig doch wieder ausziehen. Jutta ist da ziemlich kulant gewesen :)
You would live with Jutta. She is 67 years old, retired and her terraced house has become too big for her to live there alone. She is super sweet and open to new things and always in a good mood. She works part-time teaching at schools and travels a lot privately. She likes to spend the weekends in her garden. She has always had a good, friendly relationship with her previous flatmates. :)
About me: I'm Anneke (22), luckily I got a place in a hall of residence and now have to move out again at short notice. Jutta has been quite accommodating :)
Besonders gut geeignet ist dieses Zimmer für Praktikantinnen oder Austauschstudentinnen, die nur temporär in Hamburg sind oder von hier aus ein Zimmer in zentralerer Lage suchen.
