Mein Zimmer in Hamburg ist ab dem 1. März verfügbar. Der Raum befindet sich in der Seestraße 38. Es ist eine WG, die aus insgesamt 6 Personen besteht: 3 Jungen und 2 Mädchen (zwei Personen aus Deutschland, eine aus Frankreich, eine aus Peru und eine aus Marokko). Alle derzeitigen Bewohner sind zwischen 23 und 27 Jahre alt und arbeiten. Es ist eine wirklich entspannte Wg, keine Zweck-Wg.
Das Haus verfügt über insgesamt 3 Badezimmer. Du würdest das auf den Bildern gezeigte Badezimmer im Obergeschoss mit zwei weiteren Personen teilen.
Das Haus ist ein komplett renoviertes Haus, sehr hell und mit einem großen Garten. Alle Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet (Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle, Backofen ... und Schlafzimmer mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar (Buslinie 1 und Buslinie 186) sowie ALDI und LIDL (2 minuten zu Fuß)
Für Fragen bin ich gerne zur verfügung. Besichtigung ist auch möglich. Der Einzugstermin kann flexibel sein, muss aber Anfang März sein.

My room in Hamburg will be available from March 1st. The room is located in Seestrase 38. It is a WG composed by 6 total people: 3 boys and 2 girls (two people from Germany, one from France, one from Peru, and one from Morocco). All the current residents are in the age between 23 and 27 and are currrently working. It is a really chill living situation where you can have your own space or hangout with the rest of the people that live in the house, it is up to your preference :)
The house has a total of 3 bathrooms. You will have to share the bathroom shown in the pictures at the top floor with two other people.
The house is a fully renovated house, really bright and with a big garden. All house and room is fully equiped (Kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridges, microwave, oven... and bedroom with bed, wardrove, desk, chair). Public transport is within 2 minutes (Bus line 1 and bus line 186) as well as an ALDI and LIDL (2 minutes walking)
Please let me know if you want more info of the apartment. Visit is also possible. Move in date could be flexible but has to be at the beginning of March.
