Hallo, mein Name ist Noah und ich biete ein WG-Zimmer in Hamburg Ottensen zum tausch gegen ein WG-Zimmer in Berlin Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain/Prenzlauer Berg an.
Das Zimmer liegt in einer schönen, renovierten Altbauwohnung, 5 Minuten entfernt vom Mercado(Einkaufszentrum) und vom Bf. Altona.
Ottensen ist ein sehr lebendiges viertel mit vielen Bars, Restaurants, Kiosk(Spätis), Parks, alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Wohnung.
Vom Bf. Altona ist man in ca. 30 Minuten überall in der Stadt.
(Es sind 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und Jungfernstieg und sogar noch weniger bis zur Reeperbahn)
Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 12qm groß, frisch gestrichen, unmöbliert mit einem separaten kleinen Raum den ich immer als begehbaren Kleiderschrank benutzt habe(im Raum steht auch noch ein Kleiderschrank der auch gern benutzt werden kann).
Ich hab noch einen Mitbewohner sein Name ist Lenni. Lenni ist ein entspannter recht offener Mensch mit dem man super was unternehmen oder Party machen kann, er respektiert und versteht es aber auch voll wenn man seine Privatsphäre braucht oder Zeit für sich möchte. Er ist Handwerker mit seiner eigenen Handwerks Firma.
Die Miete ist 650€ warm und suche nach etwas ähnlichem. Ich freu mich auf eure Nachrichten und hoffe das wir uns gegenseitig weiterhelfen können.

Hello, my name is Noah and I’m offering a room in hamburg Ottensen to switch for a room in Berlin Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain/Prenzlauer berg.
The room is located centrally in hamburg Ottensen, in a renovated pre-WW2 Apartment. 5 minutes away from mercado(shopping mall) and altona train station.
Ottensen is a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants,bars,spätis,parks all within a short walking distance from the apartment.
From altona train station you can reach about anywhere in the city within approx. 30minutes
(It’s 15min to the main train station or Jungfernstieg and even less than that to Reeperbahn, the party street with all the clubs).
The room itself is ca. 12qm, freshly painted and non furnished with a separate little room that I’ve always used as a walk in closet(There’s a closet in there which can be used if you want to).
I have a roommate, his name’s Lenni. He’s 29, an easy going guy you can go out/party and hang out with, but he’s also very respectful and understanding in case you want alone time or your privacy. He’s a handyman who has his own construction company.
The rent is 650€ warm and I’m looking for something similar in that price range. Looking forward to your messages n I hope we can help each other out.
