Sechs Monate Elbchaussee mit Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung liegt am Beginn der Elbchaussee und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Elbe. Zur Elbpromenade sind es zu Fuß 5 min; zum Elbstrand 15 min. Zum Bahnhof Altona (S-Bahn- und Fernverkehr) sind es ca. 10 in zu Fuß. Ein Bus in's Stadtzentrum hält direkt gegenüber. Zum Kiez sind es 18 min zu Fuß und 5 mit dem Fahrrad. Auch die Schanze lässt sich in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Der Altonaer Balkon liegt direkt neben an (netter Platz zum Grillen und Aussicht genießen).

Ansonsten bietet Altona/Ottensen alles was das Herz junger Menschen begehrt: eine abwechslungsreiche und hochfrequentierte Barkultur, tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr nette Cafés.

The apartment is located at the beginning of the Elbchaussee and thus in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe. It is a 5-minute walk to the Elbe promenade and 15 minutes to the Elbe beach. The Altona train station (S-Bahn and long-distance trains) is about 10 minutes away on foot. A bus to the city center stops directly opposite. The Kiez is an 18-minute walk and 5 minutes by bike. The Schanze can also be reached in 10 minutes by bike. The Altonaer Balkon is right next door (nice place to barbecue and enjoy the view).

Apart from that, Altona/Ottensen offers everything a young person's heart desires: a varied and highly frequented bar culture, great shopping opportunities and very nice cafés.

Wir vermieten unter, da meine Freundin für ein halbes Jahr beruflich in Süddeutschland ist. Wir suchen jemanden, der mit beiden Beinen fest im Leben steht und sich in seiner eigenen Haut wohlfühlt. Meine Freundin (Patricia, 29) ist Modedesignerin und ich (Simon, 27) werde bei Deinem Einzug frisch gebackener Volljurist sein und ins Berufsleben starten. Ich selbst habe über die Jahre sehr viel Erfahrungen in WGs gesammelt und habe mich mit meinen Mitbewohner:innen glücklicherweise immer wohlgefühlt. Ich würde mich als offenen und geselligen Menschen beschreiben, der sich vom Klischee-Juristen durchaus unterscheidet. Ich liebe alles Kulinarische und koche daher gerne - auch für Mitbewohner.

Über das WG-Leben: Was das Zusammenleben angeht bin ich erwartungsoffen: Ob "Zweck-WG" oder "Ersatzfamilie" hängt einfach davon ab, wie man sich so versteht. Einzig ein harmonisches Zusammensein ist für mich ein "Muss". Meine Freundin wird an den Wochenenden häufiger hier sein und dann und wann auch mal von hier aus arbeiten. Das sollte kein Problem darstellen.

Wenn es ums Thema Sauberkeit geht, bin ich schon nicht schlecht dabei und das sollte mindestens so bleiben. Wir beide mögen es recht sauber und aufgeräumt, sind aber keinesfalls Putz-Fanatiker. Bis jetzt funktioniert der Haushalt bei uns nach dem Motto "Viele Hände, schnelles Ende".

We are subletting as my girlfriend is in southern Germany for six months on business. We are looking for someone who has both feet firmly on the ground and feels comfortable in their own skin. The offer is suitable e.g. for people who are moving to Hamburg for a new job and are looking for something to start with or for people who only work in Hamburg for a limited time or commute from other cities. My girlfriend (Patricia, 29) is a fashion designer and I (Simon, 27) will be a newly qualified lawyer starting my career when you move in. I myself have gained a lot of experience in shared flats over the years and have fortunately always felt comfortable with my flatmates. I would describe myself as an open and sociable person who is quite different from the cliché lawyer. I love all things culinary and therefore enjoy cooking - even for flatmates.

About life in a shared flat: As far as living together is concerned, I'm open to expectations: whether it's a "functional shared flat" or a "substitute family" simply depends on how you get on. The only thing that is a "must" for me is harmonious togetherness. My girlfriend will be here more often at the weekends and occasionally work from here. That shouldn't be a problem.

When it comes to cleanliness, I'm not bad at it and it should at least stay that way. We both like it clean and tidy, but we're by no means cleaners.

Der Mietvertrag ist auf ein halbes Jahr befristet, weil meine Freundin dann aus dem Praktikum zurückkehrt. Eine Verlängerungsoption besteht nicht.

Die Miete ist pauschal und enthält alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet, Gemeinkosten usw.). Die Miethöhe kompensiert, dass meine Freundin nicht da ist. Ich verdiene an der Untervermietung daher selbst nichts. Das ist mir wichtig.

The tenancy agreement is limited to six months because my girlfriend will be returning from her internship. There is no option to extend the lease.

The rent is a flat rate and includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet, overheads, etc.). The rent compensates for the fact that my girlfriend is not there. I therefore don't earn anything from the sublet. That's important to me.
