Je nachdem wie gut die Chemie zwischen uns passt kannst du bleiben so lange du magst, minimum 3 Monate wären aber gut. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in super zentraler Lage in Ottensen. Leckere Bäckereien, (Bio-) Supermärkte, hippe Bars und schöne Parks sind in Fußnähe. Zum Elbstrand ist’s auch nicht weit.
Die angegebene Miete enthält bereits ALLE Nebenkosten.
Hi, we are renting the most beautiful room of our flat for at least several month. Depending on how good the vibes are you can stay as long as you want. The room is furnished with a huge bed, table, lamps, boxes, mirror, plants, a wardrobe and a smart tv. If you wanna bring your own stuff, lets find a solution.
The Apartment is in the Center of Ottensen, perfectly located with public transportation, bakery’s, supermarkets etc just around the corner. The Elbe is super close too.
The price includes everything.
Eine Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustür. Auch sonst ist alles sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Bahnstation sind es 5 Minuten. Bahnhof Altona 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur Elbe (Elbstrand) 10 Minuten. Zum Zentrum von Ottensen 3 Minuten.
Best Location in Hamburg ;) you will enjoy it!
Mein Freund arbeitet als Lehrer an einer Stadtteil- Schule und ich studiere Grundschullehramt über meinen 2. Bildungsweg. Wir sind sonst viel (tags&nachts) unterwegs, sporteln gern und viel, sind im Winter aber auch gern mal entspannt zu Hause :)
Keine Sorge, wir verstehen uns als zwei unabhängige Menschen, weshalb unsere MitbewohnerInnen es auch nie problematisch fanden, mit einem "Pärchen" zusammen zu wohnen ;).
