Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
ich gehe vom 28.11. bis 21.01. ins Ausland und biete in der Zwischenzeit mein schönes möbliertes WG-Zimmer in Ottensen/Bahrenfeld an. Das Zimmer misst ca. 20qm und ist durch ein Fenster und zusätzliches Dachfenster zum Osten schön hell. Es befindet sich zur Siete des Hinterhofes. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und einen kleinen Tisch.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 64qm und ist insgesamt sehr schön hell. Sie hat neben dem zu vermietenden Zimmer ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein kleines Bad und das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin Celine. Außerdem geht vom Wohnzimmer ein kleiner Balkon ab, auf dem man bei gutem Wetter bis Nachmittags Sonne hat. Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Küche und Bad sind selbstverständlich für die gemeinsame Nutzung gedacht.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, kl. Spülmaschine, Mixer, meine geliebte Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine und was man sonst noch so meint zu brauchen. Ein kleines Add-on der Wohnung ist außerdem definitiv der Staubsaugerroboter. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung also gut ausgestattet und alles ist für die gemeinsame Nutzung gedacht. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten für alle Anwohner*innen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG ohne Aufzug!

Dear flat-sharers,
I am going abroad from 28.11. to approx. 5.01. and offer in the meantime my nice furnished shared room in Ottensen/Bahrenfeld. The room measures about 20sqm and is nice and bright due to a window and additional skylight to the east. It is located to the seventh of the backyard. The room is equipped with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers and a small table.
The apartment has about 64sqm and is overall very nice and bright. Besides the room for rent, it has a living room, a kitchen, a small bathroom and the room of my roommate Celine. There is also a small balcony leading off from the living room, where you can enjoy the sun until the afternoon if the weather is good. The living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are of course meant to be shared.
The kitchen is super equipped - fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, small dishwasher, blender, my beloved portafilter coffee maker and whatever else you think you need. Also, a small add-on to the apartment is definitely the robot vacuum cleaner. So overall, the apartment is well equipped and everything is meant to be shared. There is also a communal garden for all residents.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im nördlichen Teil Ottensens, an der Grenze zu Bahrenfeld. In weniger als 5 Minuten erreichst du die S-Bahn-Station Bahrenfeld zu Fuß. Im Umkreis findet man außerdem viele verschiedene Supermärkte, Restaurants, Fitnesstudios, Friseure und und und. In ca. 15 min. erreicht man den Kern von Ottensen zu Fuß, wo man viele schöne kleine Shops, Cafes, Restaurants und Bars findet sowie fast täglich Wochenmärkte. Außerdem ist auch der Elbstrand nicht so weit entfernt - du erreichst ihn in etwas mehr als 30 min. zu Fuß oder ca. 15 min. mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in the northern part of Ottensen, on the border with Bahrenfeld. In less than 5 minutes you can reach the S-Bahn station Bahrenfeld by foot. In the surrounding area you will find many different supermarkets, restaurants, fitness studios, hairdressers and and and... In about 15 min. you can reach the center of Ottensen by foot, where you will find many nice little stores, cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as farmers markets almost every day. In addition, the Elbe beach is not so far away - you can reach it in a little bit more than 30 min by foot or around 15 min by bike.
Du wirst mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin und Freundin Celine zusammen wohnen. Celine ist berufstätig, arbeitet aber oft im Homeoffice. Generell führen wir ein sehr entspanntes WG Leben - oft ergeben sich spontanen gemeinsame Abenden, Gespräche oder anderen Aktivitäten, manchmal macht aber auch jede was für sich. Wir legen ziemlich viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit und wünschen uns dass auch du das nicht schleifen lässt, wenn du auch nur eine kurze Zeit da bist.

You will live with my lovely flatmate and friend Celine. Celine is a professional, but often works from her home office. In general, we lead a very relaxed flat-sharing life - often there are spontaneous evenings together, conversations or other activities, but sometimes we each do something for ourselves.
