Hallo,
ich bin verreist und vermiete mein sehr schönes helles und gemütliches Zimmer (17 qm) ab dem 10.1.2024 bis zum 3.Februar 2024. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Lampen etc.).
Außerdem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer zur Mitbenutzung und eine Küche mit kleinem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und allem was nötig ist:)
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Ottensen mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, der Bahnhof Altona ist 20 min. zu Fuß entfernt und die S-Bahn Ottensen 3 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und alle fußläufig zu erreichen (Edeka, Bund, Aldi... was du magst). Es gibt viele Restaurants, Kneipen und Bars um die Ecke.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt’s direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG. Es lebt noch eine sehr nette, unkomplizierte und liebe Mitbewohnerin dort:)
