Ihr Zimmer ist Teil einer Zweizimmerwohnung im obersten Stockwerk eines Gebäudes. Das Dachgeschoss wurde nachträglich ausgebaut und ist daher auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß.
Das Zimmer hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 18 m², die Grundfläche ist aufgrund der Dachschrägen um einige m² größer. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, aber wenn Sie einige Möbel behalten möchten, können wir darüber reden.
Neben den beiden gemeinsamen Schlafzimmern verfügt die Wohnung über ein relativ großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne (mit Fenster & Waschmaschine), einen Flur (viel Platz für Schuhe & Jacken), einen Abstellraum und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Your room is part of a two-room flat on the top floor of a building. The attic has been retrofitted and is therefore not too hot even in summer.
The room has a living area of about 18 m², the floor space is a few m² larger due to the sloping roof. The room is rented unfurnished, but if you want to keep some furniture, we can talk about it.
In addition to the two shared bedrooms, the flat has a relatively large bathroom with bathtub (with window & washing machine), a hallway (plenty of space for shoes & jackets), a storage room and a well-equipped kitchen. A cellar is also available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Rothenburgsort, direkt an der Bushaltestelle 'Thiedingreihe'. Von dort aus fährt die Buslinie 3 alle 10 Minuten und bringt Sie in 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, in die Hafencity und am Wochenende zum gesamten Nachtverkehr.
Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Rothenburgsort ist ebenfalls nur 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Park Entenwerder, gleich um die Ecke (5 min), ist ein echtes Naherholungsgebiet an der Elbe und den Elbbrücken. Das Café Entenwerder 1 ist auch immer ein guter Ort, um sich am Wochenende mit Freunden zu treffen.

The flat is located in Rothenburgsort, directly at the bus stop 'Thiedingreihe'. From there, bus line 3 departs every 10 minutes and takes you to the main train station, Hafencity and, on weekends, all night traffic in 15 minutes.
The Rothenburgsort S-Bahn stop is also only a 7-10 minute walk away.
Various shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes.
Park Entenwerder, just around the corner (5 min), is a real recreational area on the Elbe and the Elbe bridges. Café Entenwerder 1 is also always a good place to meet up with friends at the weekend.
Seine Vorgängerin Feras zieht im Juni aus und das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juli frei.
Ich heiße Ezra, bin 25, komme aus Frankreich, wohne in Hamburg seit drei Jahren. Dieserzeit bin ich Doktorand in der UHH (in Mathematik). Ein bisschen über mich : meine Hauptinteresse sind lesen und kochen (meiner Meinung nach bin ich ein guter Koch, aber das ist sehr subjektiv ^^). Ich spiele Handball in eine Verein in Altona (SG Altona), gehe tanzen ein paar Mal in Monat und trinke oft ein kleines Bier mit Freunden am Wochenende, um meinen Geist zu erleichtern. Unter der Woche bin ich wegen der Arbeit eher ruhig, aber ich kann sowieso nicht vor Mitternacht schlafen, also habe ich Zeit für ruhige und endlose Aktivitäten (Diskussion, Serien, Musik…)
In der Küche haben wir eine kleine Sitzecke. Wir haben auch ein großes Badezimmer mit unserer eigenen Waschmaschine. Es gibt Stauraum und eine gemütliche Eingangshalle. Ich bin offen für alle persönlichen und neuen Vorschläge 🙂

My name is Ezra, I'm 25, French and live in Hamburg for three years. Currently I'm doing a PhD in Maths in the UHH. About me : my favourite activities are cooking (in my opinon I'm a good cook but that's very subjective ^^) and reading. I also play Handball in an association in Altona. In general I like to go dance sometimes and I always drink a beer on weekends with friends to lower the pressure of the PhD
We have a small sitting area in the kitchen. We also have a large bathroom with our own washing machine. There is storage space and a cosy entrance hall. I am open to all personal and new suggestions 🙂 .
