Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderstange, Sideboard, 55 zoll Fernseher, Regal und gerade noch einem Klavier, welches aber zeitnah weg kommt. Richtung Westen ausgerichtet und damit super schön hell. Vor allem morgens.
Zentraler kann man in Hamburg nicht wohnen. Zu fuß 10 min zum Fernbahnhof Dammtor. Zum Bushalt Grindelhof nicht mal 2 Minuten. In die Schanze sind es auch nur 10 minuten zu Fuß und Planten Un Blomen liegt direkt vor der Tür. Dazu kommt noch, dass direkt vor der Tür ein Switch parkplatz mit diversen Carsharing Autos ist.
Zu mir: Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Ich hab schon viel WG Erfahrung sammeln können. Ich bin Wassersport Junkie. Also Surfen, Kitesurfen, Segeln, Boot fahren usw. Generell gerne und viel Sport. Gehe gerne und viel essen. Fänd es toll wenn man mal zusammen kocht, Filme auf der Leinwand schauen oder zusammen abhängen kann. Wobei mir Me Time auch super wichtig ist. Was bei so einer großen Wohnung auch drin sein sollte :) Muss auch ehrlicherweise sagen, dass ich extrem viel unterwegs und oft auch gar nicht zu Hause bin. Mir wäre nur wichtig oder ich fänd es toll, wenn man nicht nur aneinander vorbei wohnt. In unserer Nachbarwohnung wohnt auch noch eine gute Freundin von mir. Also hat bisschen was von einer 3er WG über zwei große Wohnungen.
