Hello Everyone!
I offer a nice room for summer just under the Fernsehturm!
The room is nicely furnished with incredibely confortable bed! closet, small tv, light :) ande balcony!!! :D
I'm a 31 years old french, working usually on my phd from home. I must say I am quite often on the road, so you'll be mostly alone in august.
Life with other flatmates was usually quiet, but I'm never against a bier or any plan!
After bad experiences, the main tenant wants 900e as deposit. There's no way around.
If you want to pay the whole sum at once you can, otherwise it'll be per bank transfer of 450e per month all included. (so the first month will be 1350e)
Note that the renting period could be extended till december.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit (sensationell gemütlichem) Bett, Kleiderschrank, TV, Licht usw., nebenan steht, wenn nötig, ein Arbeitszimmer zur Verfügung :)
Ich bin 31, Mann, nett, Franzose, arbeite normalerweise an meiner Dissertation von zuhause, werde aber z.Zt. sehr viel unterwegs sein.
Nach ziemlich üblen Erfahrungen in puncto Miet-Nomaderei verlange ich jetzt eine Kaution von 900 euro (dh zwei Monatsmieten) im voraus und da gibts keinen Weg dran vorbei, gar nicht erst nachfragen. Am einfachsten wäre es tatsächlich, wenn die Miete komplett im Voraus bezahlt werden könnte.

Ziemlich direkt an der Uni, auf dem Weg nach Schanze und Kiez. Bus 4 und 5 in 2 Minuten Entfernung, Bhf. Dammtor und Schlump jeweils 7 min. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du überall - Innenstadt, Eppendorf, Hafen - in 10 Minuten...
Diese Sommer werde ich sehr oft in unterwegs. Aber wenn ich da bin, können wir gerne einen Kaffee oder Bier trinken lassen,.
Ansonsten ein normales, klassisches Zweck WG Verhältnis.
