Das Zimmer hat ca 16,5m^2 und geht zum Hinterhof raus. Vom Straßenlärm wird man dort also ein wenig verschont 🙂
Die Wohnung selbst hat 90m^2 und liegt im dritten Stock. Einen Balkon haben wir leider nicht. Aber man ist immerhin in 5 Minuten in Planten un Blomen 😉
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grindelallee. Die Anbindung an die Öffis könnte somit kaum besser sein und alles was das Herz begehrt ist schnell zu erreichen 🙂
Hey, wir sind Caro (31) und Basti (40) und da uns unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin leider verlässt suchen wir gerade eine*n Nachfolger*in 🙂
Grundsätzlich sollte man sich in der WG natürlich gut untereinander verstehen und auch gemeinsames Kochen oder Ähnliches ist selbstverständlich immer mal drin. Aber trotzdem soll natürlich auch jeder die Möglichkeit haben sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen zu können. Halt ein normales WG Leben 🙂
