So no man, couples, families, pets, musicians and so one.Must be able to speak German !

Die Frau, die bei uns einzieht, hat die Wohnung (86,5 qm) sozusagen für sich allein, da wir höchst selten mal in HH sind und wenn dann auch immer nur eine von uns. (Was man vorher absprechen müßte).
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Küche, Abstellraum, Balkon, WC, seperates Badezimmer, begehbarer Schrank, Bodenraum, Gartenmitbenutzung, Fahrradkeller. Möbliert, mit Internet und TV/Festplattenrecorder.
Grindel, Planten und Bloomen, U Bahn Schlump, Fernsehturm alles nur 5 Minuten weit weg.
Sehr lebendige Gegend, Wohnung liegt allerdings in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Auf dem Balkon und in der Küche darf geraucht werden, nicht jedoch in den vermieteten Zimmer !
Alles Weitere dann in mündlicher Besprechung. Persönliches Kennenlernen und sympathisch finden ist Voraussetzung.
