My name is Amer. 38 years old, I live in Hochallee 24 its a cozy flat with two rooms, kitchen, and a bathroom. all with a view to a nice garden.
Would like to rent out the smaller room with its balcony to a friendly clean tidy person, preferaby over 26 years old, the room has only a wardrobe and a table "total with balcony is 16 sqm"
I am very friendly i try to always be positive and happy, i like my flat and take care of it clean and cozy all the time.
I work in Gastronomie, almost always on evenings shifts, I cook in my days off sometimes! happy to share meals, drinks with the flatmate sometimes. Btw: I smoke in my room and sometimes in the kitchen too :-)
Its not a party flat, but sure some gatherings with friends light music nice talks. We have nice neighbours, quit naibhourhood. Its a pleasant atmosphere in general.
Btw: i speak German, English, and Arabic.
