Hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete mein 25qm Zimmer für ca. 1 Monat / eventuell auch länger. Kurzzeit Miete (2-3 Wochen) , wäre je nach Zeitpunkt auch möglich. Fragt gerne einfach kurz an.

Die Wohnung liegt im 5. stock, es gibt leider keinen Aufzug und die Treppe ist steil , typischer Altbau halt :)
Zudem ist sie im Bahnhofsviertel lokalisiert, es kann daher sein, dass es unten vor der Tür etwas lauter und hektischer zu sich geht. Jedoch bekommt man davon oben in der Wohnung nichts mit.

Falls jemand für diese Zeit ein Zimmer in einer sympathischen WG sucht - meldet euch sehr gerne.

Mietdauer ist nicht genau festgelegt und kann gerne abgesprochen werden.
