Das Zimmer ist ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer und eingerichtet mit grossem Bett (140x200) mit sehr guter Matratze, TV HD+ Kabelanschluss, Audioanlage (kleines Heimkino) incl DVD + DVDs, Schreibtisch, kleiner Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Ledersofa, Staubarm durch Bambussparket, Wifi mit ausgezeichneten Empfang, da Router im Zimmer, Balkon und Regale. Lange weisse Baumwoll-Vorhaenge vor den Fenstern und Balkontuer. Mit Stehlampe (Deckenfluter), Schreibtischlampe, decko Lampe und Deckenlampe.Sehr hell am Vormittag (Sonne).
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer insgesammt. Und ein Aquarium 🙂
Die Lage ist Zentral in HAW, HCU und Uni Naehe. Stadtrad Station und Bus vor der Haustür. DB, S und U-Bahn zu Fuss in ca 8min zu erreichen. Alster nur 50m entfernt sowie eine Bushaltestelle, auch in 1 min zu erreichen. Grosse Schwimmhalle (geschlossen wegen COVid) sowie sehr gute Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten in Gehweite. Ideal fuer jogger!
Ich suche ein ungezwungener miteinander mit gegenseiteiger Rücksichtnahme und verantwortungsvollen Umgang. Ich koche sehr gerne und bevorzuge vegetarisch. Geruch vom gebratenem Fleisch sollt die Ausnahme sein😋
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten welcome, aber absolut kein muss. Ich selber bin berufstätig (54), arbeite tagsüber (Buero-Job), und bin gern auf Reisen wenn es dann hoffentlich bald wieder geht. Freue mich auf einen relaxten Umgang miteinander. Nichts gegen Zweck WG.....,
