Hallo,
ich vermiete flexibel im Mai ein oder auch beide Zimmer in meiner Wohnung unter. Das Zimmer geht nach hinten raus, das heißt es ist ruhig. Morgens kann man auch bei offenen Vorhängen von der Sonne geweckt werden :)
Es gibt ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange und eine Kommode bei Bedarf. Ansonsten gibt es eine kleine Küche und ein Bad als Gemeinschaftsräume, sowie bei Bedarf einen Keller und eine Abstellkammer.

Die Wohnung liegt in St. Pauli zwischen der Reeperbahn und Schanze - das heißt man ist schnell überall. Fußläufig gibt es als Park das Planten und Bloomen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV sind im Umkreis von 400 Metern vorhanden. Ansonsten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung Cafés, Bars, Restaurants usw. - also alles was man braucht.

Du wohnst mit mir zusammen - ich arbeite freiberuflich in der Medienkunst, bin im Mai aber auch viel unterwegs. Ich bin ruhig, verbringe meine Zeit entweder im Home Office, draußen, beim Sport oder im Theater - bin aber auch offen für ein gemeinsames Bier oder so :)
