Hi, ich bin der Guido und suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in. Deine beiden nebeneinander liegenden Zimmer haben Dielen/Parkettboden und die beiden Fenster bieten einen schönen Blick auf die begrünte Clemens Schultz Straße. Die Kosten der Wohnung sind fair aufgeteilt. Kein Profit!
Zu meiner Person: ich koche gerne und sitze auch gern abends zum Schnacken in der Küche. Wein verdirbt bei mir nicht und ich mag eine lockere Atmosphäre. Die Küche sollte ordentlich bleiben (Alle Utensilien vorhanden) . Was in deinen Zimmern passiert ist deine Sache.
