Hello all,
I am offering a room in my apartment from February onwards.
The room will be equipped, for example with a work desk and chair, a bed and a wardrobe.
It would be a bit flexible, if you want to bring your own stuff we can exchange some furniture no problem.
The room is offered temporary, because I might have some other plans after this year, the time of stay is flexible though, so just ask me :)
As you can see on the pictures the floor is nicely renovated. There is a window, where you get some nice light during the golden hour. The apartment has a separated toilet and shower bath. Equipped with washing machine and dish washer in the kitchen.
The location is ideal for people who want to experience Hamburg.
Directly across the train station Sternschanze, so just 1 minute to get to the trains and busses.
The area around the place is full of bars, restaurants and nice stores.
In your room you will not hear a lot of the train, but if you are very sensible regarding noises, you might not be the right person.
I am working full-time, so I will not be around all day, although I like to cook together, have a good laugh and go out whenever possible. Most of my former room mates are still in contact, so I would say I am quite easy to live with.
I have a dog that will be there from time to time, so you must like dogs!
Due to work and private obligations I don’t have too much time sadly, so maybe it will feel like I am in and out most of the time.
Wifi and everything is included of course.
Visits or video calls are possible in January, just write me.
