Ich ziehe aus, um näher an meiner Arbeit zu sein, und dieses schöne helle Zimmer steht ab Mitte Juni zur Übernahme frei.
3 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Veddel entfernt, ist diese Wohngemeinschaft sehr gut an die Innenstadt angebunden, aber in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend in Veddel.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 17m2 groß und verfügt über helle Lichter und alle notwendigen Möbel.

I'm moving out to move closer to my work and this lovely bight room is free to takeover from mid-june.
3 minutes walk from the Veddel Sbahn station, this is a flatshare very well connected to the main city but in a lovely quiet area in Veddel.
The room is 17m2 (approximately) with bright lights and all the necessary furniture.
Alle 4 Minuten fahren S-Bahnen der Linie S3 und S31, mit denen du den Hbf in weniger als 10 Minuten nach Verlassen deiner Tür erreichen kannst.
Das bedeutet nicht nur eine gute Anbindung, sondern du kannst auch die Ruhe und Stille von Veddel genießen und bist dennoch nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Stadt entfernt.
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein türkischer Supermarkt und ein Penny ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

There are Sbahn every 4 minutes S3 and S31 with which you can reach the hbf in less than 10 minutes after stepping out of your door.
This is not only well connected, but also you can enjoy the peace and quite of Veddel while being one short ride away from the city.
There's a Turkish supermarket right at the front of the door and Penny within 7mins walk.
Aktuell leben hier Sam (26) und Markus (36). Markus wird Ende Juni ausziehen, nachdem er hier 5 Jahre gewohnt hat, da er sich ein neues Haus gekauft hat. Sam, dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner, ist einfach großartig. Er ist Franzose und kennt sich gut in Hamburg aus. Er hat einen freundlichen, entspannten, flexiblen und aufgeschlossenen Charakter. Er ist ein großer Grund, warum es mir leid tut, diese WG zu verlassen. Du kannst dich mit ihm unterhalten und Zeit verbringen, wie du möchtest. Gleichzeitig kannst du aber auch ganz für dich alleine leben, wenn du das bevorzugst, solange du keine Probleme verursachst oder deine Sachen schmutzig hinterlässt.

There are currently Sam (26) and Markus (36). Markus will also be moving out end of June after living here for 5 years since he bought a new house. Sam, your future roommate is an absolute delight of a person. He's French with a broad knowledge of Hamburg and a friendly, chill, flexible and open-minded personality. He's a big reason I am sad to be leaving this flatshare. You can communicate and hangout with him as you like while you can also totally live on your own if that's what you prefer as long as you don't create any problem or leave your stuff dirty.
