Ich habe vom 30.12.23 bis 31.01.24 1,5 Zimmer in meiner 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung in Winterhude anzubieten. Die Zimmer sind 18 qm (Wohnzimmer) und 10,5 qm (Schlafzimmer) groß.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Nachttisch, einer Kommode und einem Einbauschrank ausgestattet.
Im Wohnzimmer findest du einen Schreibtisch mit Monitor, Schreibtischstuhl, Regal, Fernseher, Sofa und einen Sessel. Wie auf den Bildern halt ;)
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler + Waschtrockner, Backofen und Ceranherd, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.

I have 1.5 rooms available in my 2.5 room apartment in Winterhude from 30.12.23 to 31.01.24. The rooms are 18 square meters (living room) and 10.5 square meters (bedroom).
The bedroom is furnished with a bed, a bedside table, a shelf and a built-in wardrobe.
In the living room you will find a desk with a monitor, desk chair, shelf, TV, sofa and an armchair. Just like in the pictures ;)
Besides that, the apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher + washer-dryer, oven and ceramic hob, fridge and freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Die Wohnung ist 2 min vom Goldbekplatz entfernt. Bis zum Mühlenkamp läuft man ca 5 min.
Ein Rewe-City ist ca 1 min entfernt, das große Rewe Center Stanislawski & Laas ca 5 min.
Sowohl zur Außenalster als auch zum Stadtpark braucht man ca. 12 Minuten, der Goldbekkanal ist ca 200m entfernt.
Die Haltestelle der Buslinien 6/17/25 ist ca 4 min entfernt, bis zur U3 (Haltestelle Sierichstraße oder Borgweg) läuft man etwa 10 min.
In nächster Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants.
Parken ist gerade am Wochenende etwas tricky, aber es findet sich eigentlich immer eine Parklücke.

The flat is located in the center of Hamburg, only a 5 min walk away from the famous Mühlenkamp, that is well known for it's restaurants and cafes. The nearest supermarket is just across the street. It takes about 12 min by foot to the Außenalster as well as to the Stadtpark. The bus stop of the lines 6/17/25 is 4 min away and it takes about 10 min to the nearest underground lines (line U3, stations Sierichstraße or Borgweg).
Ich vermiete meine 1.5 Zimmer, da ich den Januar über von den Kanaren aus arbeiten werde. Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Jona teilen. Er ist 26 Jahre alt und macht gerade ein Praktikum bei einem Startup hier in Hamburg. Er ist ein sehr entspannter, ruhiger und ordentlicher Mitbewohner und fährt in der Regel Montag bis Donnerstag ins Büro.

I am renting out my 1.5 rooms as I will be working from the Canary Islands in January. You would share the apartment with Jona. He is 26 years old and is currently doing an internship at a startup here in Hamburg. He is a very relaxed, quiet and tidy flatmate and usually works from the office Monday to Thursday.
Den Schrank sowie die Regale würde ich vor meiner Abreise leeren, sodass du dort Platz für deine eigenen Sachen hast. Ansonsten wäre es super wenn du 1-2 mal die Woche meine Pflanzen gießen würdest :)
