Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, hell und hat einen tollen Holz Fußboden.
Die Wohnung ist 5 min Fußweg vom Stadtpark entfernt und 7 min Fußweg von der U-Bahn Lattenkamp. Die Wohnung ist direkt vor der Alsterdorfer Sporthalle, wo man auch super Parken kann.
Sauberkeit ist mir am Wichtigsten. Sollte aber jedem klar sein. Ich finde es toll wenn ich mich mit einer Person gut unterhalten kann und auch nach Hilfe fragen kann, wenn was ist, dennoch bin ich ein sehr selbstständiger Mensch, der viel selber kann und meistens nicht nach Hilfe fragen muss. Ich bin auch gerne mal nur für mich alleine in meinem Zimmer. Solange man gut miteinander aus kommt, ist denke ich alles Prima. Ich trinke und rauche nicht, habe aber nichts dagegen wenn andere Trinken oder rauchen, nur rauchen wird in der Wohnung nicht geduldet. Alles was vor der Haustür passiert, liegt nicht in meiner Hand.
Schreibt mir doch erstmal eine Mail. Ich würde mich freuen bei einem Kaffe über alles weitere zu reden.
