Hallo zusammen,
ab sofort steht ein WG-Zimmer in Öjendorf frei und ist voll möbliert und dazu ist die Wohnung mit allem vollausgestattet. Bei Bedarf ist das Zimmer auch unmöbliert verfügbar.

Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und hat einen Durchschnitt von ca. 18 qm und ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schlafsofa, Schrank, Sideboard, Tisch, Stühle). Die Zimmer der Wohnung sind großzügig geschnitten und haben dazu große Fenster mit der Sicht aufs Grüne. Die Küche hat einen Längsschnitt und ist ca. 8 qm groß und voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Spüle, großer Kühlschrank, Verstaumöglichkeiten, Besteck, Kochutensilien). Zudem werden die Internetkosten geteilt und die Wasser und Stromkosten werden selbst bezahlt.

Das Bad/ WC ist mit einem Einbauchschrank und Vintage-Schrank, sowie einer großen gemütlichen Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist zur Südseite ausgelegt und hat eine Größe von ca. 6 qm und ist mit Tisch und gemütlichen Sitzen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten.

Eine vielfältige und grüne Gegend mit großen Parkanlagen. 2 Minuten Fußweg von Bus und Bahn, Einkaufen, Shoppen und Arztpraxen. 15 Minuten mit den Öffis zum HH Hbf- Zentrum. Das Zentrum ist auch gut mit einer Fahrradstrecke zu erreichen. Fahrradkeller steht zur Verfügung. Große Parks, Seen und Grünanlagen sind 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Ich bin Aleksander und studiere Soziale Arbeit an der HAW Hamburg und bin viel Unterwegs, wegen dem Studium und deshalb ist es im Grunde eine 2er Frauen- WG . Es ist eine gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung, indem man sehr gut entspannen und für das Studium auch lernen kann.

Hier ist Rebekka, 24 (deine Mitbewohnerin) Jahre alt und studiert Biologie an der Uni Hamburg. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne unterwegs, gehe spazieren, lese oder höre Podcasts. Sauberkeit und Ordnung in unseren gemeinsamen Räumen ist sehr wichtig und daher ist gewünscht, dass auch du Wert darauf legst. Außerdem solltest du kommunikativ und aufgeschlossen sein, gerne mal einen Plausch halten, aber auch Ruhe und Entspannung schätzen.

A diverse and green area with large parks. 2 minutes walk from bus and train, shopping, shopping and doctor's offices. 15 minutes by public transport to the HH Hbf center. The centre is also easily accessible by bike route. Bicycle storage is available. Large parks, lakes and green spaces are a 10-minute walk away.

I'm Aleksander and I'm studying social work at HAW Hamburg and I'm on the road a lot, because of my job and studies. When I'm around, I like to cook and relax in the surrounding parks with friends. I am happy about a relaxed and a nice togetherness again, so that we are happy about a person for whom a good and respectful togetherness is also important. It is a cozy and quiet apartment where you can relax very well and also study for studying.
