Ich, Bine 44 Jahre, biete ein ca. 11qm möbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Ich bin berufstätig als Sozialpädagogin und arbeite nebenbei selbstständig. Meine Wohnung halte ich recht ordentlich und sauber. Ansonsten gestalte ich die Untermiete recht unkompliziert. Gemeinsame Abende (Kochen, Serien, Bierchen) sind nett, aber kein Muss. Ich habe früher häufig in WG‘s gewohnt - demnach bezeichne ich mich als WG-tauglich :-). Ich würde mich über ein paar Zeilen zu Deiner Person freuen...werde aber sicher nicht jede Anfrage beantworten können. Sorry.
