Suche Mitbewohnerin. Die Kinder sind groß und ausgezogen, nun ist ausreichend Platz. ich biete 2 Zimmer (zusammen 25,8 qm) , großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie Küche und HWR zur Mitbenutzung. Es handelt sich um ein Einfamilienhaus, Garten und Terrasse zur Mitnutzung sowie ausreichend Platz für PKW auf dem Hof ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich bin 58 Jahre alt und berufstätig in Vollzeit.

Das Haus liegt in Handewitt, OT Haurup auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof. Es handelt sich um ein ausgebautes Stallgebäude, alle Räume befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, Dachboden zur Ablage vorhanden. Busanbindung nach Flensburg im Ort vorhanden, ebenfalls in den Nachbarorten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in etwa 4 km Entfernung( Handewitt und Flensburg-Weiche) Nette und unkomplizierte Nachbarschaft.
Bin wie gesagt in Vollzeit berufstätig, insofern häufiger auch nicht vor Ort, alles andere gern im persönlichen Gespräch
