Wir suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin für ein sehr schönes, helles, ruhiges Zimmer, 17,5 qm mit 3 qm Balkon in 3er Frauen WG ab sofort, 2 Stock, mit großem Garten in Badenstedt, 300,- Euro kalt, 95,- für sämtliche Nebenkosten (45,- Euro Betriebskosten + 50,- Euro für Heizung und Strom.). Eben in die Wohnung eingezogen sind zwei nette junge Frauen (20 und 21 Jahre) aus Ruanda, eine Studentin und eine demnächst Auszubildende. Sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch und Französisch und ganz gut Deutsch. Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein, sondern ein Zusammenleben, bei dem man sich austauscht, gelegentlich zusammen kocht, auch mal etwas zusammen unternimmt und aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht. Sauberkeit ist auch wichtig.
Ruhige Lage ca 17 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von der Haltestelle Soltekampe ist die Wohnung 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Wohnung leben zwei junge und sehr nette Mädchen aus Ruanda. Sauberkeit und gutes Miteinander sind sehr erwünscht, zb. gelegentliche Kochabende.
