Hallo WG-Suchende,
in unserer WG wird ein großes 30qm+ Zimmer zum 15.09.2018 frei. Die monatlichen Kosten liegen z.Z. bei:

Miete 287,21€ (INKL. Nebenkosten!)
+ Internet (ca. 5,00€)
+ gez (ca. 3,50€)
+ wg pauschale (ca. 10€)
+ keine Kaution
Summe < 300€!
Internet ist z.Z. eine luxuriöse 200Mbit Leitung. Bei der GEZ werden die 17,50€ pro Monat durch 5 Personen geteilt - d.h. 3,50€ p.P. Dann gibt es noch eine Pauschale von 10 Euro zum kaufen von Klopapier / Müllsäcken ... also den absoluten Basics, damit nicht jeder einzeln einen Vorrat hat. (kleine WG Kasse)
Außerdem müssen die Möbel übernommen werden, wofür einmalig 500€ anfallen. Es ist ein Hochbett verbaut, Deckenventilator, Gardienen, Schrank etc. Wenn du uns für eine WG Besichtigung besuchst erläutere ich dies nochmal im Detail.

Das Haus liegt wirklich Zentral, von hier kann man zu Fuß 2 Supermärkte, 3 Clubs, diverse Kioske, Straßenbahnstationen, eigentlich alles, in einer Minute erreichen. Uni und HBF sind mit Öffis bzw Fahhrad in 10-15 min zu erreichen.
Zur Zeit wohnen 2 Berufstätige und 2 Studenten und 1 Schüler in der WG. 4 Männer und 1 Frau, wobei 1 Mann auszieht.
Es wäre nett wenn du schon WG Erfahrung mitbringst und 20-35 Jahre alt bist.
