Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist etwa 15 qm groß und verfügt über ein Fenster mit einer abdunkelnden Gardine. Die renovierte Altbauwohnung besitzt eine großzügige Küche, die mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Goetheplatz Platz.
Die Lage ist optimal: Das Stadtzentrum ist in 10 Minuten mit der Bahn erreichbar, und ein Rewe-Markt befindet sich nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Deine Zukünftige Mitbewohner sind:
Mo 23, Information management Student und
Alex 24, Filmmaker/Graphic Designer (frisch aus der Uni)
Wir sind alle entspannt und wünschen uns ein gutes Miteinander.
Vorab einige wichtige Informationen:
- Kaution: 900 €
- Miete inklusive Internet: 420 €
- Zusätzliche Teilzahlung von 50 € für die neu angeschaffte Waschmaschine erforderlich
- Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn du das Bett in der Zimmerausstattung für einen Abschlag von 150 € übernehmen könntest. Andere Möbel können nur nach Absprache übernommen werden.
