Das Zimmer liegt am Ende des Flures zur Hildesheimer Straße, hat hohe Decken und ein großes Fenster. Dieses geht zwar zur Straße, allerdings ist bis dort noch eine, zur Zeit nicht genutzte, Garageneinfahrt davor, so dass ein angenehmer Abstand zum Gehweg besteht. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil. Im Keller gibt es außerdem noch eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, ebenso im Hinterhof.
In der nahen Umgebung gibt es eine Auswahl an Banken, Supermärkten, Drogerien, eine Postfiliale, einige Bäcker, den sehr schönen Fiedeler Platz und viele Restaurants. Die Döhrener Masch, die Ricklinger Kiesteiche, Eilenriede und Maschsee sind nicht weit und (wie eigentlich alles in Hannover) gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. In zwei Gehminuten erreicht man die Bahn, mit der es in 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt geht
In der WG bleiben zwei Studierende, ein Angestellter und ein Hund. Die Küche ist zwar klein aber gemütlich und es kann zusammen gekocht, gegessen und getrunken werden.
