Möbel sind in der Miete vorhanden. Das Zimmer besitzt ein Fenster mit östlicher Ausrichtung und hat ein Fliegengitternetz an der linken Seite. Das Bett ist sowohl Bett als auch Sofa. Die vorher genutzte Matratze befinden sich im Keller und ist zum weiteren Komfort bei Bedürfnis verwendbar.
Ebenso ist ein älteres Modell eines TVs nutzbar und im Zimmer inkludiert, wobei dieser sich auch leicht im Keller verräumen lässt.
Das Zimmer nimmt auch ganz ohne Heizung gut Wärme an und ist ebenso gut durch die großen Fenster lüftbar.
Die Lage ist echt richtig toll. Man ist innerhalb 4min an der Straßenbahnstation, innerhalb ca. 10 min an der S-Bahn (Bahnhof Ledeburg). Hat einen Edeka und Rossmann, sowie sämtliche Ärzte quasi vor der Tür. Ebenso sind die Herrenhäuser Gärten nur 7min Fahrt entfernt.
Zum Uni Hauptcampus sind es ca. 10-15min und in die Stadt ca. 15-20min maximal.
Hier ist es auch sehr ruhig und sehr sicher.
Ich, Hauptmieterin (23) studiere Pflanzenwissenschaften und brauche vermutlich noch ein Jahr. Mein Freund (studiert Jura,30 ) ist meistens da, aber wir sind beide sehr ruhig und bleiben meistens im Zimmer, ausser wir kochen oder backen etwas oder sind unterwegs.
Am besten wäre es, wenn Du ähnlich gestrickt bist.

I offer a nice small room (14sqm) in the calm and beautiful Herrenhausen District of Hannover, with good Train Connections to whole Hannover.
The room is fully equipped and has Windows pointed to the east. To Leibniz University it is only ca. 10-15min max. with train.
I (23,f) study plant science, that is why there are so many plants in my flat :D
My boyfriend (30,m) is jura student and is there with me most of the time.
Ideally we prefer someone who has a safe income (therefore a job). Rather irrelevant is gender, origin or first language, as long as you can speak basic English it is okay! The most important thing is that we all get along!
